During the meeting at the Rimini Meeting, Randstad Research presented a survey conducted in the first half of 2026 on a sample of 50 companies active in freight transport, warehousing and distribution. The research provides a snapshot of a fully contracted sector, with full application of the National Collective Labour Agreement, well-established use of second-level collective bargaining and increasingly extensive welfare systems.
