Within BeHer, the project supporting gender equality, Peroni launches the third edition of #PeroniNovembHer, which will be dedicated to the value of alliance.

For the third consecutive year, the brand is organising opportunities for discussion, awareness-raising initiatives and concrete projects designed to turn commitment into action. Following the powERTalk on 4 November – the event organised by BEpowER, the Employee Resource Group made up of employees of Birra Peroni and dedicated to women’s empowerment – the events of #PeroniNovembHer continue.

BeHer Talk

Broadcast live from Birra Peroni’s Rome headquarters, on 9 November the BeHer Talk will bring together business, research and the third sector around the same table to reflect on the role that alliance can play in promoting a fairer and more inclusive workplace culture.

The dialogue will be opened by the BeHer Scientific Committee: Eva Sacchi, research director at Ipsos Doxa, Francesca Panigutto, communications and fundraising manager at Fondazione Libellula, and Flaminia De Romanis, head of learning & development at Valore D, who, starting from the data of the BeHer Observatory 2026, will offer an analysis of the main findings that have emerged and the prospects for accelerating change in the world of work.

Next, Arianna Schiavoni, De&i, senior talent & development manager at Birra Peroni, Carlo Cuppari, diversity, equity & inclusion Pmo at Intesa Sanpaolo, Luisa Ercoli, Group I&b strategy and initiatives manager at Barilla Group, and Roberta Di Brigida, head of talent Coe at Fater, will share experiences, projects and best practices developed within their respective organisations.

BeHer Special Edition

in the physical and online Peroni Store

As part of its recent clothing collection, from 10 November Peroni is launching “Mismatched socks and allied hearts”, a special edition of socks dedicated to BeHer. The initiative stems from the desire to activate an additional brand lever to contribute to the issue of gender equality and bring the message of alliance into everyday life.

The socks, made by Linea Daria and Antonio Colomboni, are deliberately mismatched: a simple way of conveying that, despite our differences, we can choose to walk in the same direction. 100% of the proceeds from sales of this special collection will be donated to Fondazione Libellula to support awareness-raising activities on gender equity and alliance. Peroni will also double the amount raised, donating an equivalent sum in turn.

BeHer scholarships

The programme will continue on 20 November with an event dedicated to BeHer Support, the pillar of the project that supports young women in their educational and professional journeys through financial support initiatives, with a particular focus on STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

At Sapienza University of Rome, in the Gini Lecture Hall of the Faculty of Information Engineering, Informatics and Statistics and in conjunction with the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering and Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences, the female students awarded the 20 BeHer scholarships for the current academic year will receive their awards, and the new edition of the initiative will be presented. An opportunity to celebrate female talent, but also to explain how the alliance between business and academia can make a concrete contribution to reducing the gender gap in technical and scientific fields, where the gender gap continues to represent a significant challenge.
