During the meeting at the Rimini Meeting Randstad Research presented a study conducted in the first half of 2026 on a sample of 50 companies active in freight transport, warehousing and distribution. The study portrays a fully contract-covered sector, with full application of the Ccnl, an established practice of second-level bargaining and increasingly extensive welfare systems.

In the sample analysed, 96% of companies apply the Logistics, Freight Transport and Forwarding Ccnl, confirming a contractual framework in which compliance is the rule rather than the exception.
