In a scenario still characterised by price volatility, cost pressures and differing market dynamics between Italy and international markets, Dalterfood Group is strengthening its international positioning and preparing for a new phase of development in the main European markets.

In 2025 turnover exceeds 200 million euros, up from the 176 million recorded in 2024, representing a + 13,7% on the previous financial year. Growth is driven both by increased volumes and price trends, with a significant contribution from the Parmigiano Reggiano, the Group’s historic area of specialisation. After a 2024 marked by pressure on margins, the 2025 also shows a recovery in profitability and a return to profit, confirming the company’s ability to adapt to market developments and maintain a sustainable growth path.

“The 2025 was a year of growth and evolution for our Group. In a complex market environment, we improved our commercial results and recovered profitability, leveraging our specialisation in Parmigiano Reggiano and our ability to serve industrial, retail and food service customers with reliable, flexible solutions that meet the needs of different markets,” says Antonio Gizzi, General Manager of DalterFood Group.

Growing international subsidiaries

The positive performance of 2025 reflects the contribution of the Group’s various companies and, in particular, the role of the international subsidiaries, which continue to be central to the strategy of staying close to customers and maintaining a presence in the markets. Dalter UK exceeds 73 million euros in turnover with significant growth of 39,3% compared with 2024;

Vp Italia remains above 64 million euros consolidating its strategic role in the German market; Dalter Alimentari maintains stable revenue, in line with its production and commercial role within the Group; Colline di Canossa continues its development in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Increasing workforce

During the year, the workforce also grew, from 189 to 202 people. This figure accompanies the Group’s development and reflects the strengthening of internal expertise in support of its international growth.

“These results are the fruit of a clear strategy and the daily commitment of our people. Expertise, team spirit and a sense of responsibility have enabled us to consolidate our presence in international markets and build solid foundations for future growth,” adds Gizzi.
